Luke Pygman Selected to Serve on ICBA ThinkTech Accelerator

Kotapay is proud to announce that Platform Services Manager, Luke Pygman, has been selected to serve on the ICBA ThinkTech Accelerator Selection Committee, a national group guiding innovation in community banking.

The ICBA ThinkTech Accelerator brings together community banks and early‑stage fintech companies to address real, day‑to‑day banking challenges. Through the program, the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) helps banks stay competitive, respond to change, and continue serving their customers in meaningful ways.

As a member of the Selection Committee, Luke will work alongside community bank leaders from across the country to review, interview, and evaluate fintech companies applying to the accelerator. Together, the committee helps identify solutions that support operational efficiency, stronger customer relationships, new revenue opportunities, and long‑term sustainability for community banks.

“I’m honored to serve on the ICBA ThinkTech Accelerator Selection Committee,” said Pygman. “Community banks play a vital role in the financial system, and I’m excited for the opportunity to help identify fintech solutions that can support their continued growth and success.”

Luke’s participation reflects Kotapay’s commitment to community banking and to practical innovation that solves real problems. By contributing to the ICBA ThinkTech Accelerator, Kotapay continues to play an active role in shaping the future of payments and financial technology for banks and the customers they serve.
